Client & Background
Soniox is an AI-powered audio and speech recognition app targeting Japanese university students. They needed Japanese creators to build dedicated new social accounts from scratch and produce organic content — without a Japanese-speaking team to manage the process.
The Challenge
Soniox had strict account requirements: new accounts only, 3–5 day warmup periods, maximum 3 accounts per device, and creators needed to sign a custom agreement. Managing this complex technical onboarding across multiple creators simultaneously, entirely in Japanese, was something they couldn't handle in-house.
What we did
We sourced and vetted Japanese creators suited to a student and tech-focused content angle, managed the full onboarding process end-to-end in Japanese, and briefed creators on student-native hooks — GPA improvement, credit management, university study productivity — that would resonate with the target audience. Content was deployed simultaneously on TikTok and Instagram Reels to maximise distribution.
